I am still having trouble adjusting to the type of foods that I personally need to eat! But my doc said to do it greadually...to not shock my body into this diet. He said at every meal take something away and replace it with something "fat burning"!
I went to the gym this after noon and did my 20 minute work out. And my next 20 minute work out will be a walk. I have to do this 3-4 times a week, and walk 20o minutes everyday.
I feel as though I have already failed myself, but I know that the changes that are ahead of me are going to be gradual, and things take time! Just like me gaining all this weight, it took time, and now I have to reverse it! I need to learn to be patient with my self!
